Lisa is VERY knowledgable. My father has been in real estate in California and he was very impressed by her. As a first time buyer, I came in not knowing much. I knew in general what I was looking for and that helped narrow our search. She was there to look at houses promptly, point out the good and the bad, neighborhood information, and negotiation. Lisa Collins is a realtor above all others. Over the years, she has helped me buy two houses and sell two houses. I recently got married, and so I needed to sell my little house and buy a bigger house with my husband. We wanted a very specific kind of house and property for our new life together, but our budget was limited, and so it was a tall order. Lisa is a star! First of all, she is an expert navigating the market and housing inventory-- Our market is very tight, it moves fast, and it takes an expert to navigate it. Lisa called immediately when suitable houses came up, and we were always able to look within hours. Lisa did an incredible job selling our house. It was a rental from my father’s estate. Lisa never dropped the ball no matter what problem presented itself. From recommending an attorney to start probate and getting the title clear, to speaking with the tenants and arranged a cleaning service instead of having the tenants clean.
